We are pleased to inform you that the building permit has been issued for the Vivus Golf Resort apartment building. The necessary steps are currently being taken to register the encumbrances and register the units in the apartment building in the real estate register. Defects and unfinished works are also currently being rectified. Subsequently, it will be possible to take over the apartment building from the contractor.
We expect sending requests for balance due of purchase prices, or send documents for the preparation of mortgage contracts at the turn of January and February 2024.
