The fourth stage saw the square of the newly built Vivus Uhříněves district begin to take shape in Uhříněves. Among other things, the commercial units also helped to increase the appeal of the square. A total of 248 flats and 3 commercial units were created in this phase. The largest of these was occupied by Billa, which complemented the diverse range of other commercial units being built along the central Ke kříži road in the individual Vivus Uhříněves buildings. However, as usual, the higher floors were residential. Again, smaller 1- or 2-bedroom apartments were created, as well as apartments with a larger area and more living rooms, specifically up to 4 bedrooms.
In addition to the above, a noise barrier planted with lavish greenery was also built as part of the fourth phase. A retention pond was built in the close vicinity, to hold water and also to serve an ornamental purpose.
Uhříněves is part of the Prague 10 city district. Its location on the south-eastern outskirts of Prague provides excellent access to the centre of the capital (a 20-minute train ride to the Main Railway Station) and to anywhere in the Czech Republic via the nearby D1 motorway.
If you want, you don't have to go anywhere from Uhříněves. You can find everything you need there. From the supermarket built in the fourth stage of the Vivus Uhříněves project, through the nearby kindergarten and primary school, to various services, restaurants and shops around the main square.
Leisure opportunities include the Uhříněves Game Reserve, sports facilities for football, tennis or fitness, the nearby Aquapalace Prague, and the extensive network of cycle paths that can take you to the centre of Prague. If you enjoy some culture in the evening, the local theatre or cinema are well worth a visit.
The start of work on the fourth stage was divided into two dates. The construction of building N started first, in the spring of 2018, followed by the start of work on buildings H-I and J in the autumn of the same year. The rough construction of the buildings was completed as planned in the spring of 2019 (building N) and in the summer of 2019 (buildings H-I, J). Building N was approved in November 2019. The planned completion of buildings H, I, J in winter 2020 was brought forward and the building was approved in August 2020.

Vivus Uhříněves IV traditionally featured simple architecture, where the predominantly white facade of the buildings was complemented by loggias in various colour schemes. The fourth stage has raised the standard of use of the site not only for the new apartment owners, but also for the residents of Uhříněves who were there before. The cycle path that was planned to pass through the fourth stage was completed.
