Vivus Uhříněves II continued construction in the part of the district closest to the train line. This phase also mostly involved apartments; it was only in building "A" in the part adjacent to Ke kříži street that there were commercial units on the ground floor. Other parts of this building and the remaining buildings from the phase, i.e. B1, B2, C1 and C2, were already purely residential. A total of 248 flats were built in this phase and 4 commercial units.
Uhříněves is part of the Prague 10 city district. Its location on the south-eastern outskirts of Prague provides excellent access to the centre of the capital (a 20-minute train ride to the Main Railway Station) and to anywhere in the Czech Republic via the nearby D1 motorway.
If you want, you don't have to go anywhere from Uhříněves. You can find everything you need there. From the supermarket built in the fourth stage of the Vivus Uhříněves project, through the nearby kindergarten and primary school, to various services, restaurants and shops around the main square.
Leisure opportunities include the Uhříněves Game Reserve, sports facilities for football, tennis or fitness, the nearby Aquapalace Prague, and the extensive network of cycle paths that can take you to the centre of Prague. If you enjoy some culture in the evening, the local theatre or cinema are well worth a visit.
Construction started in autumn 2015. The rough construction was completed in late 2016 and early 2017. The buildings were supposed to be ready for occupancy by the end of 2017, and they were; occupancy was approved in December 2017. After the units had been registered in the Land Registry, the handover of the apartments and commercial units to their new owners could begin in February 2018.

The construction of the cycle path began in the second stage. At the same time, a public playground was built in this part of the district. The commercial units enabled the establishment of various new medical practices.
