About project

The first stage of the construction of the new Vivus Uhříněves district consisted of 179 flats and 13 commercial. The buildings were constructed on the land of the former brickyard between Ke kříži, František Diviš and Jindřich Bubeníček streets, not far from Nové náměstí or the train station. Parking was available in a combination of outdoor parking spaces and basement garage spaces.

Location

Uhříněves is part of the Prague 10 city district. Its location on the south-eastern outskirts of Prague provides excellent access to the centre of the capital (a 20-minute train ride to the Main Railway Station) and to anywhere in the Czech Republic via the nearby D1 motorway.

If you want, you don't have to go anywhere from Uhříněves. You can find everything you need there. From the supermarket built in the fourth stage of the Vivus Uhříněves project, through the nearby kindergarten and primary school, to various services, restaurants and shops around the main square.

Leisure opportunities include the Uhříněves Game Reserve, sports facilities for football, tennis or fitness, the nearby Aquapalace Prague, and the extensive network of cycle paths that can take you to the centre of Prague. If you enjoy some culture in the evening, the local theatre or cinema are well worth a visit.
