Vivus Argentinská is the largest single-phase residential project in the company's history to date, consisting of 284 flats and 8 commercial units. The award of the expert panel in the Prague 7 region was given to the project as part of the prestigious Real Estate Project of the Year 2017 competition.
Given that the building is located near one of Prague’s arterial roads, the living rooms of the individual apartments primarily face towards a quiet courtyard. The outdoor spaces of the apartments, including the front gardens at ground floor level, also face in this direction. There are garage spaces with cellars in the basement.
The Vivus Argentinská residential project is located in Prague 7 - Holešovice, right next to one of the district's main streets, after which it was named. It therefore offers, among other things, excellent transport accessibility. Both to the city centre (there are metro, tram and bus stops nearby) and out of Prague (either by car via the motorway network on-ramps or by train from the nearby Nádraží Holešovice). At the same time, streets offering a wealth of shopping and cultural activities are just a few steps away.
Earthworks for the Vivus Argentinská project began in the spring of 2018. The rough construction of the buildings was completed as planned a year later, in spring 2019. In the summer of 2020, the project was completed and approved, enabling the new owners of the individual apartments and commercial units to start moving in the autumn of the same year.

The modernly Vivus Argentinská project offers a high standard of living with wooden windows fitted with exterior blinds, wooden floors in the living rooms or high-quality Italian ceramic tiles, used as tiling in the bathrooms. The whole building is low energy, with an energy performance certificate that classifies it as very economical, i.e. "B".
