AGREEMENT ON A FUTURE PURCHASE CONTRACT
This describes the future subject of transfer, the purchase price and payment schedule, the right to withdraw from the contract and the procedure for the actual conclusion of the purchase contract for the transfer of unit ownership. The annexes are the model purchase contract for the transfer of unit ownership, a description of the standard equipment of the housing unit, the housing unit layout and the rules regarding client changes.
 
PURCHASE CONTRACT FOR THE TRANSFER OF UNIT OWNERSHIP
This is concluded at the seller’s invitation on a pre-agreed date within 30 days from the delivery of the invitation to conclude a purchase contract, which will be made within 30 days of meeting the following conditions:

  • by the seller – obtaining the occupancy approval, assigning an indication number and filing an application for permission to enter rights in accordance with the final statement of the owner of the units approved for occupancy;
  • by the client – full payment of the purchase price to the project account.

 JOINT APPLICATION FOR PERMISSION TO ENTER THE OWNERSHIP RIGHT IN THE LAND REGISTRY
The joint application for permission to enter the ownership right in the Land Registry signed both by the seller and the buyer must be filed by the seller within 7 days from the date of concluding the purchase contract for the transfer of unit ownership to the Land Registry filing office.
 
ACCEPTANCE OF THE FLAT
The flat will be handed over on a mutually agreed date within 15 working days from the date of concluding the purchase contract for the transfer of unit ownership. A handover report will be drawn up for handover, and the buyer will receive a manual with basic instructions for using the unit and common parts of the house.
