The second stage of the newly emerging Vivus Kolbenova district is part of a project that consists of a total of five stages. The first stage, represented by buildings E1 and E2, was completed in autumn 2022, so it has already welcomed its residents. The current second stage is a smooth continuation of the first one and will be separated from Kolbenova ulice by the buildings in the upcoming stages in the future. In the next few years, a new square will be created along Kolbenova ulice. Across the street, it will be adjacent to Kolbenova station on metro line B. At ground floor level, the dominant element of the building by the square will be commercial and office space with a variety of uses. Among other outlets, a supermarket is planned. The whole project then develops southwards, where it is directly connected to the entrance to Zahrádky Park with a branching network of cycle paths. Quiet and green park-like yards will gradually be created between the buildings.

The second stage of Vivus Kolbenova offers 165 new homes. They are located in two buildings with a common first and second underground floor and eight floors above ground. The last floor is receding, so the apartments situated on this floor have generous terraces. New apartments can be purchased with layouts ranging from studio to three bedrooms, the floor area ranges from 33 sqm to 105 sqm. The apartments on the first floor facing the green yard have front gardens. Most of the apartments on the other floors have balconies. The common areas contain storage rooms for bikes and strollers, among other things. Naturally, there are also cellar closets located in the underground floors.

The buildings are built to a low-energy standard with an energy performance certificate rating of B - very energy-saving. This means, for example, thorough insulation of the building envelope and high-quality windows.
