AGREEMENT TO MAKE A SALES CONTRACT

It describes the future property to be transferred, the purchase price and payment regime, right of withdrawal and steps to be followed in making the sales contract to transfer the title to the housing unit. A sample sales contract to transfer the title to the housing unit, housing unit standard description, a housing unit plan and rules of client changes (changes in end elements and surface) are attached thereto.


SALES CONTRACT TO TRANSFER THE TITLE TO A HOUSING UNIT

It is made upon the seller’s request on a date agreed in advance within 30 days after the following conditions have been met:

  • By the seller – obtaining an occupancy permit, allocation of an indication number, and filing an application for the permission to enter the rights according to the final statement of the owner of permitted units
  • By the client – full payment of the purchase price to the project account.


JOINT APPLICATION FOR THE PERMISSION TO ENTER THE TITLE INTO THE LAND REGISTER

A joint application for the permission to enter the title into the Land Register signed by the seller and the purchaser will be submitted to the filing office of the Land Registry by the seller within seven days following the conclusion of the sales contract to transfer the title to the housing unit.


TAKEOVER OF A HOUSING UNIT

Housing units are handed over upon mutual agreement within 15 working days following the date of making a sales contract to transfer the title to the housing unit. The handover is documented in a handover certificate; the purchaser receives the specifications of the housing unit and a manual containing the basic instructions for use of the housing unit and common area.
