Location
Vivus Zahradní Město is located in the heart of the city district of Prague 10. The house is situated in the quiet Želivecká Street at the point where Ostružinová Street crosses it. Thanks to the location of the apartment building, it is not far from anywhere, in addition, complete civic amenities can be found in the adjacent neighborhood.
Zahradní Město does not have its name by chance. It got it at its very creation, when it was planned as a city in the green.
From the beginning, the smallest inhabitants were also kept in mind, so you will find a large number of playgrounds in the neighbourhood. The Vivus Zahradní Město concept will continue this tradition and create two new places for the little ones. A children's playground with various play elements will be created in the courtyard of the building, while a multifunctional sports playground will be located next to it.
Probably the most interesting of the playgrounds in the vicinity is part of the recently revitalised Malinová - Chrpová park.
In addition to the newly built multifunctional sports field, you can find sports facilities on the nearby cycle paths or in the area near the Hamerský pond, which offers a large number of outdoor and indoor courts for tennis, beach volleyball, squash, etc.
Not far from Vivus Zahradní Město there are of course also kindergartens or schools. You can get everything you need in the OC Květ or in its surroundings. There are several local restaurants.
In addition to the private car, you can also use the extensive public transport options for commuting. In a few minutes' walk you will find yourself at the "Zahradní Město" stop, from which you can reach the centre of the capital in 20 minutes by tram or bus. If you prefer train transport, the newly renovated station will serve you.
