About the project

In addition to apartment buildings, the sixth stage of the Vivus Uhříněves project also brings something new. For the first time ever, terraced family houses are also being built under the Vivus brand. Thanks to the choice of this type of development, the Vivus Uhříněves neighborhood on the southern part will be seamlessly connected with the existing residential development. Among other things, modern family houses will also be equipped with heat pumps, which will ensure low operating costs.

More than 1,100 apartments, which have been built so far in the Vivus Uhříněves location before the sixth stage, will be offered by apartment buildings newly built in the northwestern part of the district, where the houses marked O, R, T, U will follow on from the previous fifth stage. In the southwestern part of the district, in addition to 24 terraced an apartment building under the designation AA will also be added to the family houses. 

As is customary in Vivus Uhříněves projects, the range of layouts in apartment buildings will include from the smallest 1+kk to comfortable family apartments available with 4+kk. Parking spaces will be offered both outdoors, on the surface, and covered in underground garages.
