Standards of flats
The newly built apartment units and terraced family houses in Vivus Uhříněves VI will be completed including the final floors, doors or bathrooms, as is typical for all projects under the Vivus brand. The apartments will combine various variations of standards.
A low-energy design standard is a matter of course, which will ensure low operating costs.
Standard of design of terraced family houses
The terraced family houses will be built to a high standard, which will be represented by, for example, underfloor heating, PENB "A" (extremely economical) or window blinds.

U = 0.96 W/m2K (when all ventilation slots are closed, if fitted in the windows), triple insulating glass with a "warm" frame, all-round fittings, two-stage sealing, micro-ventilation ensured by the position of the handle.
