Location

Kolbenova and Vysočany as a whole used to be an industrial part of the city. However, thanks to the city's support and developers' activities, they are becoming a modern architecturally and urbanistically interesting part of Prague. Vivus Kolbenova offers a new home right next to a station on metro line B (Kolbenova station) with complete civic amenities and opportunities for sports and artistic activities.

On the cycle path along the revitalized Rokytka River you can jog, ride a bike or go in-line skating. Zahrádky Park, which you enter directly from the Vivus Kolbenova district, has an extensive playground and outdoor gym. Only one metro stop away is the Galerie Fénix shopping centre with a wide range of services, including fitness and wellness facilities. Schools, kindergartens, pharmacies, a theatre, a post office and many gastronomy concepts are within walking distance.

Vivus Kolbenova III will include retail space on the ground floor. The the micro-locality’s civic amenities are gradually developing. This stage will be followed by a fourth, with a planned supermarket and other commercial units.

For the fastest transport to the centre of Prague, the metro is just a few steps away. If you prefer surface transport, there is an even closer tram stop or nearby access to the Prague Ring Road by car.
