About the project

The third stage is the first part of small square, which will be built to divide the third and fourth stage from Kolbenova ulice. Just a few steps from the building it is possible to enter Kolbenova metro station and you can find the tram station of the same name even closer. In the direction towards Zahrádky park, on the contrary, you can find a peaceful inner yard that was built during the previous stages.

The Vivus Kolbenova district will obtain its first commercial units thanks to the third stage. The ground floor contains a total of six retail spaces. There are only apartments on the remaining fourteen floors.

The building’s lower floors contain smaller apartments with studio and one-bedroom layouts. The setback part of this new landmark building in Prague 9, which starts on the eighth floor, contains larger apartments with two- and three-bedroom layouts. Each apartment naturally has a cellar closet.

As is the tradition at Vivus Kolbenova, the building was built to the low-energy standard. The building’s energy performance certificate indicates that it is in category B – very economical.
