About the project
The third stage is the first part of small square, which will be built to divide the third and fourth stage from Kolbenova ulice.
The Vivus Kolbenova district will obtain its first commercial units thanks to the third stage. The ground floor contains a total of six retail spaces. There are only apartments on the remaining fourteen floors. To the under ground floors are situated parking spaces.
The building’s lower floors contain smaller apartments with studio and one-bedroom layouts. The setback part of this building, which starts on the ninth floor, contains larger apartments with two- and three-bedroom layouts. Each apartment naturally has a cellar closet.
As is the tradition at Vivus Kolbenova, the building was built to the low-energy standard. The building’s energy performance certificate indicates that it is extremely economical energy efficiency (PENB "A").
