Vivus Kolbenova III, New landmark of Prague 9

Vivus Kolbenova is developing towards Kolbenova ulice in its third stage. A new landmark building for Prague 9 with fifteen above-ground floors will be put up only a few steps from Kolbenova metro station and is made with cooperation with general contractor STRABAG.

For the first time in the new district, the building will not only be for residential purposes, as the ground floor will be given over to commercial units.
