Now is it the time to take advantage of the opportunity to obtain second parking stall free of charge – Project Vivus Kamyk.
This year our company has prepared a dual-phase project of multifunctional residential buildings in the Kamýk district of Prague. The author of the project is Ing. Arch. Ivan Hnízdil. The architectural composition comprises two separate buildings (A) + (B), between which there is a communal area with a car park. The location of building (A) on the corner by the crossroads of Mariánská and U Kamýku streets creates a local dominant and a strong access which visually closes off the axis of both streets. The new construction is proportionally balanced and contextually complements the overall character of the locality adequately to the new possibilities for development at the beginning of the 21st century. This project includes a Spar supermarket, which supplements the civic facilities of the local development. The advantage of this locality is its excellent transport accessibility (15 minutes by bus to Budějovická metro station or 10 minutes by bus to Kačerov metro station) and civic facilities (primary schools, nursery schools, tennis courts, Squash Arena, healthcare facilities) and a further advantage is the proximity of green areas – including the protected landscape area of Kamýk and the Modřanská rokle natural park.
