About the project
The basic urban planning concept of Vivus Golf Resort is the arrangement of objects, which enables a compact concept of the area. It consists of nine residential buildings that have two to six floors above ground with apartments available from 1+kk to 4+kk, with the last floor always receding.
A new square was created near V Náklích Street, which is surrounded by three buildings in which commercial units are located on the 1st floor. They offer various services. The entire area is abundantly planted with greenery, which underlines the overall above-standard design of the Vivus Golf Resort.
The last floors of individual houses are intended for apartments that offer above-standard room height, air conditioning or terraces. Not only from them you will get breathtaking views of Prague. The housing offer is dominated by 2+kk and 3+kk available units.
The houses are connected by a common basement, which serves, among other things, for parking, technical facilities or cellars. Ground roads in the complex are primarily intended for pedestrians, so that life in the apartments is not disturbed by car traffic.
