AGREEMENT ON FUTURE PURCHASE AGREEMENTS
This describes the future subject matter for transferral, purchase price and payment terms, the right to withdraw from the agreement and the procedure to conclude the purchase agreement for the apartment unit. Annexes include a template of the purchase agreement for the apartment unit, the specification of the apartment unit, a floor plan and the rules for client changes (changes to surfaces and specific elements).
PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR THE APARTMENT UNIT
This is concluded at the request of the seller with a pre-agreed deadline of 30 days after the following conditions are met:
- By the seller – obtaining final building approval, assignment of a house number and submission of a proposal for entry of rights into the final declaration of the owner of the approved units.
- By the client – full payment of the purchase price on the project account.
JOINT PROPOSAL FOR ALLOWING THE ENTRY OF THE OWNERSHIP RIGHTS INTO THE LAND REGISTRY
The joint proposal for allowing the entry of the ownership rights into the land register signed by the seller and buyer is submitted to the land register filing office by the seller within 7 days of the date of the conclusion of the purchase agreement for the apartment unit.
HANDOVER OF THE APARTMENT
The apartment is handed over on a pre-agreed date and time within 15 workdays of conclusion of the purchase agreement for the apartment unit. The handover is documented by a transfer protocol, and the buyer will receive a manual with basic instructions for how to use their new unit and the shared parts of the house.
