Apartment projects under the registered trade mark of Vivus are implemented and finance by the company Pankrác, a.s. that has sufficient capital resources and has been present on the real estate market since 1994.
The company has built more than 3,000 apartments in the capital city under the Vivus brand. Thousands more apartments are in preparation.
Our priority is a satisfied client, which is why we try to meet your wishes and requirements.
We carefully select building plots on which we subsequently prepare single houses or even entire neighborhoods. At the same time, we emphasize the quality of the work performed during the preparation of the project and its actual construction.
We do not forget about architecture and urban planning. As part of the projects, we implement, among other things, children's or multi-sports playgrounds or plant greenery.
