About the project

The third stage of the Vivus Uhříněves project extended the existing district to the south and 204 flats and commercial units were built there. Buildings D, E, F, G were mostly residential; only building E located on Ke kříži street also offered commercial space at pavement level. As in the previous phases, the available apartments ranged from small 1-bedroom flats to 4-bedroom family apartments. Again, not only underground parking spaces were built in this phase, but also outdoor parking spaces. The third stage continued the Vivus Uhříněves II with regard to the extension of the cycle path.

Location

Uhříněves is part of the Prague 10 city district. Its location on the south-eastern outskirts of Prague provides excellent access to the centre of the capital (a 20-minute train ride to the Main Railway Station) and to anywhere in the Czech Republic via the nearby D1 motorway.

If you want, you don't have to go anywhere from Uhříněves. You can find everything you need there. From the supermarket built in the fourth stage of the Vivus Uhříněves project, through the nearby kindergarten and primary school, to various services, restaurants and shops around the main square.

Leisure opportunities include the Uhříněves Game Reserve, sports facilities for football, tennis or fitness, the nearby Aquapalace Prague, and the extensive network of cycle paths that can take you to the centre of Prague. If you enjoy some culture in the evening, the local theatre or cinema are well worth a visit.

Schedule

Work on the third phase began in February 2018. The rough construction of buildings D, E, F, G had been completed by late 2018 and early 2019. All the buildings were supposed to be ready for approval by the end of 2019, but we managed to speed up the construction process significantly, so the buildings were approved in July 2019 and the proposal for entry into the Land Registry was submitted at the end of August 2019.

Early phase of rough construction.

Advanced rough construction.

Finished rough construction.

Realization of the facade.

Standards

The third stage improved user comfort not only for the owners of buildings D, E, F, G (i.e. those that formed part of the 3rd stage), but also for other residents of Uhříněves thanks to the extension of the cycle path. This stage of the Vivus Uhříněves development ended up on the future square, which was built together with the fourth stage of the district.
